Field Staff
Bison Coolers is looking for men and women who are passionate about the Bison brand, the great outdoors and wish to promote our brand to the fullest. In exchange, our Field Staff are rewarded with a discount on all Bison Coolers products as well as the products of companies we partner with. This enables you to receive American-made, professional grade Bison Coolers and our partner’s gear at a substantial discount. Field Staff Team Members will have the opportunity to advance to Pro Staff with even bigger benefits and equally bigger expectations. Pro Staff Membership is very limited and only offered to the highest performing and hardest working Field Staff promoters.
Bison Coolers requires Team Members to be accountable, energetic, involved, morally sound and well spoken. We hold our Field and Pro Staff Teams to the highest standards, thus we will be looking into all social media outlets that applicants have for further validation. We are looking for content that is geared towards our clientele, appropriate posts (no cursing, sexual content, offensive subjects, etc.), and proof of outdoor activity.
Field Staff Requirements
- $50 membership fee
- Required to own a Bison Cooler
- Provide consistent and quality content including but not limited to photos, videos, blog entries, social media posts, forum conversations, etc.; all content provided via social media or FieldStaff@BisonCoolers.com may be used by Bison Coolers at it’s own discretion
- Sharing and distribution of Referral Candy Code (additional information below)
