Hard Cooler Warranty

Bison Coolers ("Bison") is committed to providing durable and high-quality products. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our rotomolded cooler bodies, and we are pleased to offer a Lifetime Warranty for Bison Hard Coolers purchased on or after January 1st, 2024. Please read the following warranty terms carefully:

Coverage:
Bison warrants that the rotomolded cooler body of your Bison Hard Cooler will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

Exclusions:
This Lifetime Warranty applies exclusively to the rotomolded cooler body and does not cover other components, parts, graphics, or accessories. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, theft, alterations, or any other external factors beyond normal wear and tear are not covered.

Effective Date:
The Lifetime Warranty is effective as of January 1st, 2024. It is not retroactive and does not apply to Bison Hard Coolers purchased before this date.

Claims Process:
To make a warranty claim, please file a ( warranty claim )Proof of purchase, including the date of purchase, may be required to validate the warranty.

Resolution:
If a defect in materials or workmanship is found, Bison will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected rotomolded cooler body. In the event that the cooler model is no longer available, Bison reserves the right to provide a comparable product.

Limitations:
This Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, or other costs associated with the cooler's repair or replacement.
